Jenna

 

After growing up and attending university in Ukraine, Jenna moved to southern California to begin a career in digital media planning and buying.  Fluent in multiple languages, she’s definitely “the brains of the operation” when it comes to communicating during our travels.  In addition to language, travel, and cats, one of Jenna’s favorite pastimes is finding new things to stress about!  

 

Chipp

 

Following college, Chipp served nine years as an infantry officer in the Marine Corps.  After wrapping up his service, he wrote a book (if not Hemingway-quality, it’s at least a good cup holder!), became a licensed CPA, and started his own real estate accounting and development firm.  Jack of many trades and definitely master of none, Chipp embodies the phrase “a mile wide and an inch deep!”  

 

Together

 

Chipp and Jenna met while living in southern California, Chipp proposed, and Jenna (surprisingly) said “yes.”  They’ve been married (read: Jenna’s been putting up with Chipp) since 2015. In 2020, they decided to take a year off to travel and work, and now they hope this site can share the lessons they learned on the road!
